My initial vision for this doodle was for two characters to sit on top of hill, with two smaller hills flanking either side. But I didn’t like the way the hills looked during initial sketches and after erasing again and again, I saw the face of a monster looking back at me in the remaining scribbles.
The doodle came together from there. I opted to do a full color doodle as I wanted more practice with this style. I also decided to try crating doodles that were not connected in the traditional way. Everything about this doodle was a practice in trying new things.

*Craft Smart acrylic paint
*Canson Mixed Media Paper (7×10)
