This drawing has been done for weeks, but life got in the way and all that jazz and I kept forgetting to post. As the title states this doodle is incomplete…sort of. The drawing itself is complete, but not the final color. This isn’t how I wanted to finish it, but I couldn’t pick a color scheme I liked. I spent a week creating different color possibilities in Procreate but none of them did it for me. Frustrated, I gave up and left it as is. But I did cross a milestone when creating this drawing. This is the first doodle I drew using ONLY a vanishing point! That’s right. I didn’t draw a grid to guide me. I know there are some perspective mistakes, but I’m very happy with the way it turned out. I’m also proud of myself. I wasn’t sure I could pull it off without using a grid, but I did. It was a major confidence boast!
