While I’m happy to be using more ink, I’m still not achieving the look I’m going for. Looking back, I think what didn’t work here was the size. The characters were too small. I think small characters only work when you have multiple characters (my opinion). Additionally, the cafe sign was crooked. I don’t know why I struggle with drawing things straight and I wasn’t able to see how bad it was until after I completed the drawing. I’ll have to look for tips for drawing straighter lines.
